Hearthside is a small studio for the things that rarely fit one box: healing old emotional patterns, finding your way through disability and benefit systems, and rebuilding the confidence to be seen. One team, no runaround.
Three things we do well
Most people who find us are juggling more than one of these at once. We work across all three so you are not stitching together three different providers.
Gentle, structured work on the childhood patterns that still shape how you feel, trust, and relate today.
Practical, side-by-side help understanding eligibility, gathering documents, and applying for a disability card or support.

How we work

Twenty unhurried minutes to tell us what is going on. No forms, no pressure.
We send back one page in plain language: what we would do, in what order, and why.
We meet regularly, keep notes you can see, and adjust as life changes.
